Medico-legal concerns and My Health Record

Every Australian known to Medicare or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs will now own a My Health Record, unless they chose to opt out between 16 July 2018 and 31 January 2019.

This webinar aims to address medico-legal concerns raised by GPs and general practice teams in relation to participation in the My Health Record system, including the use of system data when making clinical decisions.
