About this resource – ‘Connect and be found on the Vaccine Clinic Finder’
The Vaccine Clinic Finder (VCF) is a national online system for patients to find and book appointments for a COVID-19 vaccine. It is mandatory for all COVID-19 vaccination clinics to list their services on the Vaccine Clinic Finder to allow patients to quickly and seamlessly find a suitable service.
The Vaccine Clinic Finder (VCF) Connect will be rolling out nationally over the coming months. Your practice will be sent a registration email from the Department of Health when VCF Connect is available for use by your practice.
This resource is an ‘education kit’ that general practitioners and other practice team members can work through as a self-directed learning activity to familiarise themselves with:
- the VCF and its role in improving access to COVID-19 vaccines
- the VCF patient journey
- integrating online booking systems
- keeping your VCF information updated with Vaccine Clinic Finder Connect.

GPs can self-report this activity for the equivalent of 2 RACGP CPD points per hour of learning.
