Troubleshooting

If you have any issues with VCF Connect including:

  • registration ID not working
  • registration email lost
  • system not working
  • unable to claim a current service or site currently listed on the VCF
  • updates not appearing in the VCF after 2 hours
  • general comments and feedback.

  • 24 hours.

 

If your practices online appointment booking link isn’t working or is not displaying:

  • you may be using an incompatible online booking system
  • the booking system URL may be incorrect.
